Usage/Dosage
For Block Nose Relief - Breath deeply using the inhaler through nostrils while holding other nostril closed. May apply Roll-On on side of nose for better results. For Headache Relief - Apply roll on by revolving tip ball on affected area in a circular motion. Repeat as necessary.
